From August 25 to 28, 2026, the International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition (INTERPLAST 2026) was held at the Expoville Convention and Exhibition Center in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil. At INTERPLAST 2026, Haitian International showcased the Zhafir ZERES ZE3800V-1700h, a solution focused on packaging applications and designed to demonstrate efficient, intelligent production.
Using Braskem PT400NA PP material, the machine produced four thin-wall containers simultaneously, with each container weighing just 9 grams and a molding cycle of only 4.8 seconds, enabling a faster production pace.
For the packaging industry, production is typically characterized by large volumes and fast-paced operations. Every cycle of the machine has a direct impact on overall production efficiency. With high-speed, stable movement and precise dynamic injection, the Zhafir machine delivers consistent and controllable thin-wall injection molding performance, helping maintain reliable production around the clock.
