Now halfway through CCMT 2026, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre is still in full swing. The booth of Haitian Precision at E4-B001 has always seen a high flow of visitors, with a constant stream of professional attendees, technical experts and purchasers. The sustained popularity is driven by the strong appeal of three five-axis machining centers unveiled to the public for the first time. Targeting three major application scenarios respectively—the machining of medium and large complex parts, high-efficiency mass production, and high-precision processing of large curved surfaces—each unit embodies Haitian Precision’s latest breakthroughs in five-axis linkage technology.
The GFM800 is a gantry five-axis high-speed milling center designed for high-precision and high-efficiency machining of complex parts. Boasting core competitive advantages of high metal removal rate and high dynamic response, it enables integrated multi-sided and complex curved surface machining of large-size components, and is widely applied in precision processing sectors including civil aviation, mold manufacturing, medical equipment, energy and automotive industries. The on-site machining demonstration of aerospace structural parts with 6061 aluminum alloy delivered impressive contour accuracy and surface finish.

The HF08 is a high-end universal horizontal five-axis machining center tailor-made for mass production. Featuring high dynamic response, high speed and high precision along with extensive automation integration, it is well suited for high-end manufacturing sectors such as complex structural parts for civil aviation, medical devices and automotive components. The on-site processing demonstration of new energy vehicle motor housing samples attracted numerous visitors to stop for inquiries with its outstanding processing efficiency and superior surface quality.

The HF125M is a horizontal five-axis machining center specially built for machining complex profiles. Equipped with independent high-performance five-axis head and delivering excellent five-axis linkage machining capability, the machine can efficiently meet the processing requirements of various complex parts, and is applicable to component processing in civil aviation, automotive, mold, semiconductor and other industries. This model attracted a large number of professional visitors from the large mold industry, who engaged in in-depth discussions on machining parameters and tooling solutions, making it one of the most inquired-about products at the booth.

Haitian Precision’s three newly launched five-axis models not only demonstrate the technological breakthroughs of domestic high-end machine tools, but also highlight the company’s firm determination to deeply cultivate the machine tool industry and empower the upgrading of high-end manufacturing. At the booth, technical specialists took turns to conduct one-on-one in-depth communication with visitors on practical pain points including model selection, machining strategies and automated production line integration. Many customers also made on-site reservations for factory visits and trial cutting tests after the exhibition.

CCMT 2026 is still ongoing. Haitian Precision sincerely invites industry colleagues and customers to visit Booth E4-B001 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre for an on-site experience, to closely witness the robust strength of domestic five-axis intelligent manufacturing and jointly explore the new future of high-end manufacturing.
