Recently, the kick-off meeting for the Ningbo LIFT AS/RS WMS Project was successfully held, marking the official start of implementation for the digital and intelligent transformation of LIFT’s automated warehouse. The meeting brought together core teams from all parties: General Manager Li Haibo and the project team of LIFT, Assistant General Manager Hu Jiabin and the project team of Haitian Smart Solutions, representatives from China Telecom, and the ERP implementation team. General Manager Li Haibo of LIFT delivered a speech first, expounding on the significance of the WMS project in improving the efficiency of the company’s warehouse operations and optimizing supply chain management. He emphasized that this digital upgrade is a key measure for the company to break through the bottlenecks of traditional warehouse management and enhance core competitiveness, and requested the company’s project team to fully cooperate to ensure efficient project progress.

On behalf of Haitian Smart Solutions, Assistant General Manager Hu Jiabin introduced the core functions of the WMS system, which will realize full-process digital control of warehousing, data interconnection, and standardized operation processes. The system provides intelligent optimization for the whole process of goods receipt, put-away, picking, delivery and inventory counting, effectively solving pain points of traditional warehousing such as low efficiency, delayed data and cumbersome management.
