On September 23, Haier’s Chonburi Air-Conditioner Industrial Park in Thailand was officially put into operation. With an annual planned capacity of 6 million units covering multiple categories of air conditioners, it is the largest air-conditioner manufacturing base of a Chinese brand in Southeast Asia.
At the grand opening ceremony and Global Supplier Conference held at the same time, Haitian Plastics Machinery Group was honored with the “Haier Global Strategic Partnership Award” for its long-term and consistent strategic support and outstanding performance in the plastics machinery sector, becoming an indispensable partner in Haier’s global supply chain system.
In 2002, Haier entered the Thai market with its own brand. As Haier’s long-term partner, Haitian has been deeply engaged in the Thai market for over 20 years and established its wholly-owned subsidiary, Haitian Thailand, in 2016.
