When Golds was established in 2017, its mission was clear: to become a production service partner for leading toy brands. Therefore, every detail—dimensional tolerance, parting line, and shrinkage rate—must be controlled at the micron level, ensuring that any two blocks can snap together seamlessly. This level of precision must be maintained over hundreds of millions of production cycles.
Zhafir machines play a vital role in achieving this consistency. Servo-driven systems minimize transmission delay and fluctuation, allowing machines to reach stable operation quickly. Combined with precise injection control, stable clamping systems, and fast cycle performance, they ensure reliable, repeatable production, supporting Golds’ output of billions of components each year.
The all-electric design also eliminates hydraulic oil, reducing contamination risks and helping maintain the high cleanliness standards required for toy manufacturing.
As smart manufacturing reshapes the industry, Golds has actively built an automated production ecosystem. A dedicated building block solution from Haitian Smart Solutions compresses in-mold actions to 0.82 seconds, enabling stable performance even in high-frequency production cycles. Robotic systems work seamlessly with Zhafir injection molding machines, forming a synchronized production loop: Precise molding → Precise part removal → Precise cycle timing.
