Recently, a delegation from Hyundai Mobis — a globally renowned automotive parts supplier — visited Haitian’s headquarters for in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation discussions. As a core subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Group, Mobis ranked sixth among global automotive parts suppliers in 2022. With strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities, its business spans major markets including China, North America, Europe, and India.
The visit aimed to comprehensively assess Haitian’s factory network, manufacturing capabilities, quality management system, and after-sales service network, while focusing particularly on the technologies and applications of Haitian’s multi-component solutions in the automotive lighting sector.
In the morning, both teams held a technical discussion meeting. Attending the session were Mr. Xiang Linfa, General Manager of Haitian International Regional Division; Mr. Gao Jielin, Deputy General Manager of Multi-Component Product Line; Mr. Mei Yijun, Manager of KA Customer Department, International Division; along with key representatives from Hyundai Mobis, including the heads of Purchasing and Production from the Gimcheon Lighting Division.
During the meeting, the Haitian team gave a comprehensive presentation on the company’s major manufacturing bases, demonstrating Haitian’s large-scale production capacity and efficient manufacturing processes. They also highlighted Haitian’s global six-region layout, local service team development, and the 7×24-hour rapid response model — underscoring the company’s industry-leading service efficiency and global coverage.
Through detailed introductions of multi-component equipment and benchmark customer cases in the automotive lighting field, Haitian vividly showcased its long-standing technical expertise and scenario-based solution capabilities. The technical team further presented customized solutions tailored to Hyundai Mobis’s specific requirements and engaged in in-depth discussions on optimization approaches, improvement directions, and potential avenues for future cooperation.
In the afternoon, the Hyundai Mobis delegation visited Haitian Plastics Machinery’s Jiangnan Road manufacturing base to inspect the multi-component production workshop. The team focused on observing the fully automated operation and key configurations of the specialized opposing injection molding machine for automotive lighting applications. During the equipment demonstration, Hyundai Mobis gave high recognition to Haitian’s customized design solutions tailored for the automotive lighting industry. The delegation also explored various production and application scenarios of Haitian’s multi-component machines on site, gaining a deeper understanding of their performance and versatility in real-world manufacturing environments.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Hyundai Mobis team expressed high appreciation for Haitian’s outstanding injection molding manufacturing capabilities and its comprehensive global service network. Both parties agreed to take this exchange as a new starting point to further strengthen technical collaboration and resource integration, aiming to establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership.
