Qman“ ist eine f\u00fchrende Marke in der chinesischen Industrie f\u00fcr kleine Plastikbausteine. Wir besuchten Qman und sprachen mit dem Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, Herrn Zhan Kada. Vor mehr als 20 Jahren war die Spielzeugindustrie in China noch unterentwickelt und das Konsumniveau war nicht so hoch wie heute. Lego, die europ\u00e4ische Marke, war f\u00fcr durchschnittliche Kinder unerreichbar. Herr Zhan Kehua und seine Frau wollten Bausteine herstellen, die sich jedes chinesische Kind leisten konnte. Aus diesem Grund starteten die Zhans ein neues Projekt und begannen mit der Herstellung von Bausteinen. <\/p>\n

Seitdem ist Qman sprunghaft gewachsen. Im Jahr 1998 trat das Unternehmen in die M\u00e4rkte in \u00dcbersee ein. Im Jahr 2003 wurde Qman zur zweitgr\u00f6\u00dften Marke f\u00fcr Baukl\u00f6tze in Osteuropa. Im Jahr 2017 hat das Unternehmen mit einem kumulierten Absatz von mehr als 15 Milliarden Bausteinen einen qualitativen Sprung gemacht. Heute werden ihre Produkte in 31 Provinzen und Gemeinden in ganz China verkauft und in 40 L\u00e4nder und Regionen weltweit exportiert. <\/p>\n

Denn Herr Zhan Kehua, der Gr\u00fcnder des Unternehmens, ist zufrieden mit der Leistung der beiden Br\u00fcder, mit der Zeit Schritt zu halten. Er glaubt, dass Qman unter dem umsichtigen Management der beiden Br\u00fcder mit einem internationaleren Markenimage auf den Weltmarkt gehen wird. <\/p>\n

„Zhafir ist kosteng\u00fcnstig!<\/strong>“
\nHerr Zhan Kada ist nicht konservativ. Er traut sich, neue Dinge zu akzeptieren, traut sich, Fehler zuzulassen, und traut sich, Durchbr\u00fcche zu versuchen. <\/p>\n

Unter seiner F\u00fchrung und Entscheidungsgewalt hat Qman bisher insgesamt 112 elektrische Zhafir-Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen gekauft, und es ist eine sehr gro\u00dfe St\u00e4rke, so viele High-End-Spritzgie\u00dfmaschinen in Chenghai zu besitzen.<\/p>\n

Vor 2012 verwendete Qman verschiedene Marken von hydraulischen Spritzgussmaschinen. Im Jahr 2014 schickte die Shantou-Vertretung von Haitian eine Zhafir VE1500 zur Erprobung zu Qman. Die Rate der qualifizierten Produkte wurde stark erh\u00f6ht. Die Produktqualit\u00e4t wurde stabiler und kontrollierbarer. Die direkten Ergebnisse waren Einsparungen bei Rohstoffen und Arbeitskr\u00e4ften, eine h\u00f6here Produktqualit\u00e4t und eine h\u00f6here Effizienz. „Zhafir hilft unserer intelligenten Produktion<\/strong>“
\n„Dies war keineswegs ein Gesch\u00e4ft, das nur aus Freundschaft gemacht wurde. Es war keine kleine Investition, aber auf lange Sicht sehr kosteneffektiv. Im Vergleich zu den hydraulischen Maschinen, die wir vorher benutzt haben, spart die Zhafir-Serie eine betr\u00e4chtliche Menge an Rohstoffen und Arbeitskosten usw.
