CNC lathes are suitable for machining rotary parts such as valve stems, seat rings and connecting nuts, enabling efficient turning of threads, conical surfaces and sealing surfaces.

Gantry machining centers are adopted for the machining of valve bodies of large gate valves and butterfly valves. Featuring long travel strokes and high rigidity, they can realize end face milling, flange hole drilling and side flow passage boring in a single clamping setup, which thoroughly avoids precision loss caused by repeated re-clamping operations.

Horizontal machining centers are particularly suitable for medium and large-sized valve bodies such as ball valves and control valves. With automatic indexing of the worktable, four-sided machining can be easily realized to accurately complete the milling and boring processes for flange bolt holes, stuffing box counterbores and flow passage intersecting surfaces.

The Haitian Precision automatic production line for valve bodies consists of three H63II horizontal machining centers, equipped with a 36-station double-layer material warehouse, loading and unloading stations, and RGV trolleys, enabling fully unattended production of valve bodies from rough machining to finish machining. With the three horizontal machining centers working collaboratively, multiple processes including milling, drilling, boring and tapping can be completed in centralized machining, which effectively improves cycle stability and consistency in mass production. The entire production line supports the manufacturing of various types of valve bodies, significantly cutting labor and manufacturing costs.
