What products does your company mainly produce, and what are your key requirements for machining equipment?
Mr. Chen: We mainly produce large die-cast bar-type parts, machine tool beds, and new energy chassis components such as control arms and brackets, with annual output reaching about 3 million metal parts. Machining these products requires extremely high levels of precision and stability from the equipment. Especially for complex workpieces, machining accuracy directly affects the pass rate, while machine stability has a direct bearing on production efficiency and delivery lead time. These are the two things we care about most when choosing equipment.
How did your partnership with Haitian Precision begin, and how many machines have you purchased so far?
Mr. Chen: We bought our first Haitian Precision machine in October 2022. Once it was in use, we found that both its quality and performance were exactly in line with our production needs, and the follow-up service was also very thoughtful. Since then, we have continued to expand the cooperation. So far, we have put more than 60 Haitian Precision vertical machining centers into operation, and they now play a key role across our production line.
