On July 15, Haitian Vietnam’s PET Industry Application Exhibition was successfully held at the Haitian Long An showroom in the Ho Chi Minh City area of southern Vietnam.

With each preform weighing 12.5 g and a molding cycle of just 9 seconds, the system can produce approximately 480 high-quality preforms per minute. For the Vietnamese market, where packaging demand is experiencing a rapid surge, such efficiency directly translates into significantly enhanced order fulfillment capabilities, attracting considerable attention from customers at the event.
For industry customers seeking to increase production capacity while maintaining consistent quality, high speed is about more than simply increasing output—it also requires precise control and stable performance over extended periods of operation. The Haitian MA390V/4350H high-speed preform solution combines high-speed injection, stable control, and proven process expertise to help customers improve production efficiency and ensure product consistency. To meet the demand for high-quality PET preforms in the cosmetics packaging sector, Haitian showcased its HA3000/2250PET-C dedicated PET injection molding solution at the event.
The solution uses PET-CR-8863 material and enables simultaneous molding of 12 cavities to produce cosmetic bottle preforms measuring 173 × 37 mm, with a product weight of 68 g and a molding cycle of 54 seconds.
Thick-wall preforms present higher challenges in terms of molding stability. Haitian’s dedicated PET machine features an optimized design tailored to the characteristics of PET materials, enabling stable control throughout the plasticizing, injection, and molding processes. This helps customers improve product consistency and production reliability.
The transparent preforms showcased at the event demonstrated a crystal-clear appearance, made possible by the synergy of equipment performance, material properties, and process control. From everyday beverage consumption to food and catering packaging applications, PET cups are becoming an increasingly important part of the consumer market. In response to growing market demand, consumer goods manufacturers are focusing not only on product appearance and quality, but also placing greater emphasis on production efficiency and operating costs.
At this PET Industry Application Exhibition, Haitian showcased the HA2600/1000PET-B dedicated PET injection molding solution, focusing on the production of high-quality PET cups. The solution uses PET-CR-8863 material and enables two-cavity molding, producing capacity, and energy consumption. While ensuring clear textures and high transparency, the customized PET-specific injection molding solution helps reduce energy consumption and effectively lower the overall production cost per cups measuring 95 × 75 mm, with each cup weighing 67 g and a molding cycle of 32 seconds.
As a preferred solution for high-quality PET cup production, this solution achieves an excellent balance between product quality, production capacity, and energy consumption. While ensuring clear textures and high transparency, the customized PET-specific injection molding solution helps reduce energy consumption and effectively lower the overall production cost per unit.
