Automation Solutions Highlight Haitian International Booth
At this exhibition, Haitian Smart Solutions provided a full set of automation and peripheral auxiliary machine solutions for the Haitian International booth, demonstrating strong capabilities in three major scenarios:
1. Intelligent Molding Solution for Large Structural Parts
Haitian JU5500V/3450 micro-opening non-trace physical foaming injection molding process, paired with Haitian Smart Solutions robots, mold temperature controllers, chillers and other peripherals, produced micro-foam engine covers on-site.
2. High-Precision Insert Solution for Home Appliance Industry
The home appliance multi-cavity insert automation solution became an on-site highlight. Equipped with Haitian Smart Solutions robots, mold temperature controllers, chillers and other peripherals, it realized fully unmanned picking, placing and inspection throughout the process.
3. Multi-Machine Collaborative Unmanned Assembly Line
Two injection molding machines, Zhafir ZE1900VM and Niigata MDVR75S, completed fully unmanned operations from molding to assembly through series collaboration of three industrial robots. Featuring high cycle, high stability and seamless connection, as well as interconnection between multi-brand equipment, it marks the mature implementation of intelligent production line integration capabilities.
